# Unable to save email after editing tamplet

**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 5.2.11
My PHP version is: 8.1.31
My Database type and version is: 10.6.20-MariaDB-cll-lve
**Your problem**
My problem is:
I am uable to save email once I edit text of template from builder .
These errors are showing in the log:
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
Clear Cache. Re install mautic on my hosting.

That happens, because you have errors in your template OR you have wrong permissions.
Try to validate your MJML code with a tool like [mjml.io](http://mjml.io). Copy and paste in the editor there and fix the errors.

hi I replaced both of the codes of message.html.twig and base.html.twig but the problem remains . i also check permissions these are also correct. please guide me in more detail.
