I created a landing page and then when submit the form data it gives: Uh oh! I think I broke it. It seems the table for the form either didn’t get created or was deleted. Can you look in your database to see if mau\_form\_results\_6\_sales20for exists? If not, maybe try opening your form and resaving to see if the table gets created. Thanks, Alan ---
