# Undefined

My Mautic version is: mautic-v3 3.10.102 #15284 SMP  
My PHP version is: 7.3.27  
My Database type and version is: MariaDB : 10.5.6  
Phpmyadmin : 4.8.5  
Serveur web : nginx  
Number of contact in database : +50K

**Your problem**  
My problem is: email fully deleted : in the code only display this :  
undefined between “” and “”

These errors are showing in the log:

- insert image
- quit the window
- save the email
- HTML form th html automatically changed to  
undefined  
\< style\>  
\< /style\>

(I did that because I wanted to put an asset directly in the image likn and the issue happened because I copied an item from another html email : table, link “view”).

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

- nothing can help get the html code back unless going to database maybe. I can’t access it directly and I don’t know if it’s possible to get back the archive.

Loosing work because of this isn’t cool and quite frustrating 😕
