# Universal email verification (for DOI Double Opt-In and more)

**My idea is:**  
Create a super flexible (and really user friendly) solution for Double Opt-In.

**I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea:**  
All users who have to set up a form that requires email confirmation. DOI is just one example.

**Why I think they would benefit from this idea:**

- Much simpler setup (no campaigns, …)
- Features that were not available before

**Are you willing to work on this idea?:**  
We intend to implement this as a high-quality 3rd-party plugin first, for Mautic 5. Maybe it can be part of Mautic 7 core.

**What skills and resources do you need to explore this further?**  
All user (and other) feedback as well as additional requirements are welcome!  
Also, if someone feels like co-funding this, that’d be even more welcome 🙂
