Please delete my Mautic account, please unsubscribe my account. I will not be using this product. I have asked a couple of times over the last month, but I still can log in. Please delete my account. Thank you. ---

Hi, This is the community forums. You need to delete your account, where you created it. If you are talking about the **forum account** , you can click on your profile \> preferences and do it there. Joey ---

Yes, the forum account. I went there, but there is no option anywhere to delete my account. How can this account be deleted? Thank you. ---

You need to delete your own account. 1, click on your profile icon in the top right 2, click on the prefernces tab 3, click on Preferences ![Unsubscribe-from-Mautic-delete-Mautic-account-General-Discussion-Mautic-Community-Forums](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/mautic/original/2X/1/15fe8ad01b29e6733ec490951d11477e36a9cfba.png) Then scroll to the bottom of your profile page and hit the big red delete account button ![Profile-sankesolutions-Mautic-Community-Forums](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex020/uploads/mautic/original/2X/b/b099fa9bfca6d00bb61fa5803d6409279d534abe.png) ---

I still cannot delete/unsubscribe my account. The screen shot above giving a Delet My Account red button is no where to be found under my Preferences. This is getting very frustrating, all I want to do is close this account. Please assist or close it for me. Thank you. ---

Below is a screen shot of my Preferences screen, there’s no Delete My Account button. This is getting very frustrating, all I want to do is close this account. Please assist or close it for me.
