We have a huge problem now after upgrading to 2.0 and it is that people can’t unsubscribe. When people click on the unsubscribe link they get this.

"Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator! "

500 Internal Server Error

Fix [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/1986](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/1986)
and [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/1983](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/1983) will solve this problem, confirmed and worked 🙂

Yes I run a backup before the upgrade and I downloaded the upgrade.php and run that from the server.

best regards Martin

Did you upgrade from the panel or manually? Also do you have backups before installing the new version?
