# Unsubscribe Preference Center Link Intermittent Error

Hi all. Please help me with the preference center. When we create landing page with preference center and send an email, that link is not working if in landing page set “Preference center Is ON”, (if we trying to open this link we get mautic error “Oops this page not found”), but if we set to OFF then link is working but we can’t change any emails settings.

ps: mautic 2.15.2, selfhosted, (linux+nginx+php+mysql)
