# Unsubscribe survey

I’ve checked the settings and I don’t see any obvious way to offer an exit survey when a user follows the unsubscribe link. Are there any mechanisms currently in place to achieve this?  
  
  
  
Example:  
  
  
  
Enter your email to unsubscribe: []  
  
Why are you unsubscribing?  
  
[] Did not like the content  
  
[] Too many emails  
  
[] Don’t remember working with this sender  
  
  
  
…and so on.

Obviously. 🙂 I assume by your response, such a function isn’t presently in Mautic.

Well yes / no  
You have to workaround  
You can create a Forms that will be the Unsubscribe survey with all the fields you want and then in Mautic you have Unsubscribe form field and you can select with forms to appear.
