# Unwieldy database. Help?

I’m reviewing our cleanup cronjob:

`mautic/bin/console mautic:maintenance:cleanup --days-old=365 --no-interaction`

1. Is there a reason to keep anonymous data for so long? Could it be reduced to 90, 60, 30 days? Is there a community agreed to length of time to keep anonymous data?

2. Does the cronjob delete the anonymous data from the mau\_leads table? I have over 8M.

Any comment and help would be much appreciated.
