# Upgrade problems from 1.7 to 2.9

I just ran an upgrade from Mautic 1.7 to 2.9. Following the upgrade.php, it went smooth, i can see almost all details except the contacts.
In v1.7 - I could go to Leads \> Manage Lists \> View leads to take me to contacts
In 2.9 - Segments \> Click on contacts and its empty, even though it shows a number of contacts
I have ran the new cli commands to refresh segments, etc…
