# Upgrade to 1.20 failed

What is the best way to retry the upgrade after failure?  
  
  
  
Now my Mautic is offline and all I see is:

The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator. System administrators, check server logs for errors.

Fixed. A reply to an earlier post suggested deleting app/cache folder.

Deleting the folder fixed the site. Note to developers, make sure that the app/cache folder is deleted during upgrade 🙂
