Hi I have the latest Mautic installed and I am trying to update the file size for an assett.

My Cpanel says I have 1Gig and I have set mastic to 10000 KB, but I can still only upload 16MB when I get to the upload screen.

I guess I need to create a PHP.ini file, but I’m not sure where and what to put in it? If I can get the upload to 50MB that would be fine

Please, consult the php.ini with your hosting provider. It depends on the infrastructure they use and how they configured it. You can open the System Info item in the right admin menu and search for upload\_max\_filesize to see what limit is configured by your server.

But if it helps, 10000 KB equals 10 MB.

I have consulted them, and they have raised it to 1gig.
