Hi,

by mistake, a campaign was published while pointing a wrong list and some emails have been sent. Then, as per campaign expectation, the second email of such campaign have been triggered and prepared to be sent, so I can see about 10 email that will be sent tomorrow (24h after the first email - I can see them in the dashboard in “upcoming emails”).

We fixed the issue and we apologised with the customers (only about 80 people anyway), however I cannot remove the 10 emails to be sent tomorrow.

Is there any way to do so?

Any function? Any parameter on the mautic/console? delete rows from DB? Anything that would do the job (before tomorrow)…well…I can also stop cron job but this will stop mautic at all!

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Salvatore.

Hi @Salvofan,

Can you try removing the 10 leads from your campaign manually? I think this should stop them from receiving the emails. Just make sure you run the campaign:update cron job after you remove the leads.

I think disabling the campaign should also stop the emails from coming out. I am not too sure about this though so you need to check.

Failing that, if you are desperate, I would change the SMTP details to something invalid to make sure no emails could go out. Then you would have a bit more time to work out other ways of fixing it like deleting DB rows etc. However, I think removing the leads from the campaign should work.

Hope this helps.

Linh
