# Use Dynamic Content + Form

Is possible to add a form via Dynamic Content Slot?  
  
  
  
I have try to use the template tag {form=1} but no effect, it outputs just a text “{form=1}”.  
  
  
  
  
  
I try to use javascript “” in the Code View Editor, but when i save the “script” tag disappears.  
  
  
  
  
  
Any ideas, or a need to give up?

I am sorry about my english.

I would also like to implement such task, but I have no knowledge on programing.

I need in a FORM to choose a particular unit in a ‘select field’.

Then after selecting the unit I would like in a second ‘select field’ to show specific options for this specific unit.

And so on… when selecting another unit in the first field, it would load its specifics options on the second field…

Do you think it would be possible to do it through this solution:
