# Using v6.0.6 “Add field based on selected value” does not work

Previously, I created a form in Mautic v4.4.9 using “Add field based on selected value, and it worked perfectly.  
Now, using v6.0.6, with the same settings, this feature does not work. I would like to ask for help in solving this problem.
