# UTM codes to forms

I know it is possible to add UTM record do contact, but it is possible to add automatic a UTM record to a form field? (form faster report)  
  
  
  
Or i need to add some javascript like this: [https://github.com/medius/utm\_form](https://github.com/medius/utm_form) If this is needed i think it could be an interesting feature to add.
