# Version 2.9 Form Problems

Hello,
I have updated Mautic to Version 2.9 and have now some Problems regarding the forms.
On my Landing Page is one form but i can not longer fill in the fields. Also the submit button is not working.
It happens nothing if i click into the form. I tried it in diffrent browsers and also create new forms.
My next problem ist the dashboard. The map only shows leads in the US. But i had only leads from germany.
I hope you can help me ![:)]( ":)")

I am also having same problem. after updating to version 2.9 my lead form is also not working. No error in browser and nothing happens when you click on submit button.
Any idea what should we do to fix the issue?
