**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 2.16.1
My PHP version is: 7.3

**Your problem**
Hello,
I have to make a segment of users who have not visited the “successfully organized order” page called “thankyoupage.cfm”, but if I try a simple “Visited Url” with a “not like” a “thankyoupage.cfm” Mautic does not it excludes the contacts who have visited it perhaps because they have visited other pages anyway.

Then I tried to put it together
“Visited Url” with a “not like” to “thankyoupage.cfm”
also
“Visited Url Count” “equals” to “0”

it works if I put 1,2 or 3 but with 0 nothing to do I don’t get back the contacts that have not seen this page.

So my question what technique do you use to exclude contacts who have not seen a particular page?
