Hi There, I have just installed the stable version of Mautic and i am trying to integrate the Vtiger CRM. There are 3 fields that need to filled. vTiger URL : I have put the my Vtiger url. vTiger username : I have mentioned the Vtiger Username vTiger access key : I have mentioned the Vtiger Login Password. but its showing the following error . Authorization failed with the error message, ‘Invalid username or password’ Thanks ---

Hi Mohitgarg I just tested it and it seems to worked for me. A couple things I ran into: 1. Chrome wanted me to enable popups because the authentication screen activates a popup. 2. Also note that vTiger uses an access code, not your user password, for API authentication which you can get in your vTiger “My Preferences” under the “User Advanced Options.” Thanks, Alan ---

how can i fix it? Just checked Vtiger the lead isn’t pushed through. I followed all the steps in the Doc. where could i have gone wrong? @escopecz ---

i just noticed something strange. When i paste the access key over the old password and after iv’e authorize it successfully it seems it password reverts back to the previous one. ( the previous password is shorter than the access key, thats how i noticed this) could this be the problem @escopecz ? ---

The password/access key is not returned back to the configuration for security reasons. I don’t know what you are doing wrong. Maybe a screenshot of your configuration would help. ---

Yes, the authorization button should say “Reauthorize app” if it would be authorized correctly. I don’t see any problem there, but I tried the plugin with the demo account at [vtiger.com](http://vtiger.com). Not sure if there is something special you have to do if you self host it. Last thing I can advice is to check the server and the Mautic logs (in app/logs dir) if there is some error message. ---

Actually, that is good idea. Create a free Mautic instance there just to test the Vtiger plugin. That will rule out the error of your server/Mautic setting. If it will act the same way there, the problem will be probably in Vtiger setting ---
