# Want the ability for contacts to reply to my Mautic emails. Want to replace noreply@domain.com with service@domain.com

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.1.2  
My PHP version is: 7.3.22-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Contact is unable to reply to Mautic emails because they go to [noreply@domain.com](mailto:noreply@domain.com)

These errors are showing in the log: n/a

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Tried to set up Custom Connection Settings under Email Settings for Contact Replies but get authentication error. I’m still able to send emails using Amazon SES. That works.

Hi @bue

In each email setup you will have an advanced tab there were you can set-up your sending domain and reply to etc…

This should allow people to then reply directly to the email you put in the reply-to field
