# Webhook configuration Mautic and ElasticEmail

**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 3.3.4
My PHP version is: 7.3
My Database type and version is: mariadb 5.5
**Your problem**
My problem is:
I am trying to configure webhook between mautic and Elastic email but its not working.
I am following this doc: [Bounce management | Mautic](https://docs.mautic.org/en/channels/emails/bounce-management)
and this one: [How to configure Mautic with Elastic Email | Elastic Email Help Center](https://help.elasticemail.com/en/articles/2370422-how-to-configure-mautic-with-elastic-email)
But Its not working and I am getting an error 
Please check the above screenshot for the same.

Its been a while since I was working with webhooks but I think that the endpoint you are trying to call from Mautic has to return http code 200. Every other code is considered as unsuccessful API call.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Well, I did follow both links properly not sure what’s wrong.
Can you help me and find out what wrong we are doing here?

Oh, I see know you do not control the Elastic Search endpoint, will look into this in a little bit.

the url which I need to add on Elastic email is also not working.

It worked
I figured out the issue
I have added Elastic email as other SMTP now its added as Elastic email as mentioned in Email settings and it is working now
