# Webview and unsubscribe links not working

Hi everyone,  
  
  
  
I am trying to send emails to specific segments in Mautic.  
  
It works fine except for the links for the webview and the unsubscription: both return a 404 error message.  
  
  
  
The emails have been sent to users added manually in Mautic but with no Mautic account.  
  
  
  
The strange thing is that the link in the email is incorrect, but if I look at the tracking\_hash in the email\_stats and replace it in the URL it works fine.  
  
  
  
For example, the email link is : [https://mautic.dokos.io/email/view/592c52ddc1adb](https://mautic.dokos.io/email/view/592c52ddc1adb) (looks like a valid URL)  
  
  
  
When replacing with the tracking\_hash found in the DB, it works: [https://mautic.dokos.io/email/view/592c52ddb42b6](https://mautic.dokos.io/email/view/592c52ddb42b6)  
  
  
  
I may be missing a obvious configuration point, but any help is welcome ![:-)]( ":-)")

Try it from a user with an email other that’s admin. I think I ran into this one time.
