# Welcome email through campaign (not working)

Hi,  
  
  
  
I’m trying to create a basic flow through a campaign.  
  
  
  
I have created the “test” form only requesting email and name  
  
I have created an email called “welcome”.  
  
  
  
I have set up a campaign that uses the “Campaign form” feature to fetch users from “test”  
  
Then I want to send the “welcome” email to everyone that is doing the first step.  
  
  
  
Nothing happens…  
  
I have tried with the Mautic hosted version and the self-hosted version (cron jobs done)  
  
  
  
Any help with this please? I’m getting crazy.  
  
  
  
If it helps I have a Hubspot CRM integration as well that works and sends the info about the leads from this forms to Hubspot but this is not working… Any help pleasE? ![sWD5THp.png](http://i.imgur.com/sWD5THp.png)

Hi,

Hi,

This is probably a bug in Mautic, someone has reported it here:  
[https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/1624](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/1624)

Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
