# What is the format of social handles supported?

I tried to do some integration with social media and only got twitter to work. Tried some public facebook accounts like  
  
  
  
Google plus i tried “bmw” and “+bmw” ([https://plus.google.com/+bmw](https://plus.google.com/+bmw))  
  
Facebook i tried “JoeyGraceffa” ([https://www.facebook.com/JoeyGraceffa](https://www.facebook.com/JoeyGraceffa))  
  
  
  
Nothing showed up.  
  
  
  
Is it my integration problem or the handle format or something else?
