# when create email, cannot get test email to send with Amazon

I previously used sparkpost for email and when I created an email then sent a test email I received the email.

I’ve just changed to Amazon SES that sends a test email in ‘configuration’ and ’ email settings. But when you create an email and send a test email the email does not get sent.

Email delivery is set to send immediately.

I really appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

Resolved - bounce email was not verified with Amazon SES so causing an error
