# WordPress performance questions (Best practices)

There are so many ways to do the same things  
for example, I have to choose how to embed the Form in my WordPress site, I can copy manually the code and ended it in the post, or I can use the shortcode of the plugin.  
I want to prioritize website performance, so, what is the best option for that?
