When I send an email to a contact using the email button on the contact’s profile, it picks up my name and email as the logged in user. However, when the email is recieved it comes from the system email, not mine. What am I doing wrong??? ---

I replicate your scenario and I’m getting the email with the right information try to delete the cache.
