# Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Mautic.

So I try to integrate FB and Mautic via Zapier as recommended

Zapier and Facebook and connected  
Facebook plugins is authenticated in mautic successfully even I thinks it don’t matter with this  
API and http auth are enabled in mautic as recommended here [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWVJlMOhHtQ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWVJlMOhHtQ)

but at the last step Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Mautic.

how I could fix this ?  
which test I should do  
… 🙂
