Hi @adiux as far as I know it’s not being worked on yet.
Here’s the project on the roadmap process from the Community Portal: [Strategic Initiative] Archive old resources - Propose new features - Propose new Mautic features - Mautic Community Portal.
We do have $500 allocated for the archiving part on open collective, and the other $500 was allocated towards the folder management project which @npracht and team are planning to work on.
Here’s how we suggested you ‘claim’ a project on the roadmap: https://contribute.mautic.org/product-team/request-for-proposals-rfp-process#how-to-claim-a-project - note that we tend to use Figma nowadays for wireframes. So I’d suggest writing up a proposal and responding on the portal, including whether you’re planning to claim the bounty for the project/fund the remaining work, and what the key milestones might look like.
We’d be aiming to ship that in Mautic 7 and as a feature it’d need to be merged in alpha or beta, timelines are as follows:
| Planned release date | Milestone |
|---|---|
| 28/04/2025 | 07.0-alpha |
| 26/05/2025 | 07.0-beta |
| 25/08/2025 | 07.0-RC |
| 27/10/2025 | 07.0 |
