"Upcoming Emails" Widget

I’ve been using mautic for almost a year now, really great platform!!! Just enough structure to be effective, and just enough space to allow for individual creativity, really great!!



I’ve found many answers on these forums, and that’s great as well, but I could not find anything on the following:



On the main dashboard, there’s a widget for upcoming emails, and it looks like there are stuck emails in there from previous campaigns that either failed, bounced, etc… I’m not sure.



So my question is twofold;


  1. Why are these emails stuck, can we add a column to the widget with the status of each entry?
  2. How can I clear them out, not only from the widget but wherever else they are in the system, I tried clearing cache but no dice, seems like maybe they are stored in sql?





    It is now August 17th, and the image below shows what the widget looks like right now, I know for a fact some of these are unsubscribed, and other’s I’m not sure.



    I guess point #3 can be, can we make an expanded view for the widget so that I can see the entire list, because it seems there are many duplicates, some even seem like they are from the same campaign.

It seems these emails come from all the “queued” emails from the campaigns, but the screencap below is from Channels > Emails, if that helps to narrow down the solutions to the questions above.
Also, I realized that some may say to expand the widget, but there are two issues with that, the list is too long and I don’t want the widget taking up half the dashboard, and also the length option is set to max, I can probably add a longer option in the settings/layout but it seems like not an ideal solution.
