I’d like to share our Stripe plugin for Mautic. We built it because e-commerce payments often happen in Stripe while marketing has no idea about them – contacts don’t get updated, and purchase information stays unused. This plugin closes that gap.
When a customer pays via Stripe, the following happens automatically in Mautic:
- The contact is updated
- The purchase information is stored
- Campaign and segments can use that information
A few things you can do with it:
- React to real revenue, not just clicks – trigger follow-ups, upsells, or thank-you flows based on payments
- Keep payment data and contacts in sync automatically, without manual work
- Segment contacts by what they actually bought
- Useful for e-commerce, subscriptions, and any payment-based business
- Attribute revenue to marketing campaigns
