I see a use case when we Mautic does a lead handover to our sales team, with the “Send email to user” action functionality.
It would be very useful to be able to insert, in the email body, a link to the contact’s profile in Mautic in order for them to check the activity.
Example :
By writing “https://mautic.achilles.systems/s/contacts/view/{leadfield:contactId}” in the email template, our sales team would see the following in the body of the email they receive: https://mautic.achilles.systems/s/contacts/view/224725
