Any information about how the RabbitMQ and Beanstalkd integration works?

I see RabbitMQ and Beanstalkd have been added to the queue settings in the Mautic UI, this is great! congrats!!

Questions:
a) Where can I find more information about how this integration works?
b) Is adding Kafka in the roadmap?
