API: How to create a new form with the mautic API

Hi

I’m trying to create a new form with the Mautic api. I use the documentation as a reference: https://developer.mautic.org/?json#create-form

Does someone have an example of the JSON Payload on how to create a new form with new fields? I keep getting errors.
