Auto create lead from bounced messages

Hi! I send my transactional email throught ElasticEmail from my webserver, and the bounced notifications to Mautic are working great.

If the bounced message is from an email that Mautic dont have yet, can Mautic add this lead automatically and set as bounced lead?

How can I make Mautic auto create lead from bounced messages?
