Nominations for the 2026 Mautic Awards close on Sunday 13 September, and the panel review and voting phase begins straight after, running through to 30 October, ahead of the awards night at the Mautic World Conference in London on 4 November.
We’re looking for community members to join the judging panels this year.
What the panels do
The panels review submissions for three categories, Project of the year, Mautic plugin of the year and Mautic theme of the year. They also helps select the Mautician of the year and Partner of the year, drawing on Community CRM activity and input from team and working group leads, since those two categories don’t take submissions.
What’s involved
We’ll share a simple scoring template covering criteria such as impact, technical or design quality, documentation and community contribution. Reviewing and scoring submissions takes a few hours spread across the review window (time to review the submissions, score them, and have a call or async catch up with fellow panel members to make a decision) and no previous judging experience is needed.
The one condition we’d ask, please don’t judge a category that you or any organisation you’re involves with has submitted to.
