Thank you for your rapid reply.

When i pup %domainURL%/app/logs/mautic_prod.php it only appear the message:
access denied!

Is this the right way to access this log?

Hi Filipe,

Check your server’s error log and applogsmautic_prod.php for any errors… I’ve seen that happen when an error is occurring in one of the sub layouts of the page.
