Cyrillic characters in the mail body - mail can not be saved

My Mautic version is: v5.2.1
My PHP version is: 8.1.31
My Database type and version is: 10.11.8-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.24.04.1

Your problem
My problem is: I can not save mails if there is Cyrillic character in the body.
I am creating new email. I can save it without problem. If i try to put some Cyrillic characters in the mail body the mail can not be saved.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

  1. Create new mail
  2. select any template
  3. Edit with builder
  4. Save - it will be saved wit any problem
  5. Edit with builder
  6. Enter some Cyrillic characters (select any of this МКД карактерс)
  7. Save - - it can not be saved - there is message: Your request could be processed, please try again
