DKIM private key signature

Hello Mautic gurus,

Thank you for the great job you are doing on this forum. It has helped me solve many issues.

I would need some specific help on this one if I may ask.

Currently, I am not able to set DKIM private key authentication on my emails. I have added the DKIM public key to my dns as specified in the Mautic FAQ but my emails still get directed to the spam folder when sent to Office365 and Yahoo mailboxes.

I am using a downloaded version of Mautic on a shared hosting service (asmallorange) and I am using my domain’s SMTP server to send emails.

Here’s what I can see on the header of one of the emails I sent:

Authentication-Results: spf=pass (sender IP is xx.xx.xxx.xx)

smtp.mailfrom=XXXX.com; hotmail.com; dkim=none (message not signed)

header.d=none;hotmail.com; dmarc=bestguesspass action=none

header.from= XXXX.com;

Received-SPF: Pass (protection.outlook.com: domain of XXXX.com

designates xx.xx.xxx.xx as permitted sender) receiver=protection.outlook.com;

client-ip= xx.xx.xxx.xx; helo= xx.xx.xxx.mailchannels.net;

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best,

Try using www.mailgun.org instead. 10k emails are free, and you can set up SMTP while they also have great instructions on how to set up DKIM+SPF.

Best,
