Hello, what drop-down are you talking about?
The Email Builder button will show up only if you select an Email Theme.
Am referring to the email menu on the main menu as shown in the attached screenshot, mine does not expand to manage emails,bounce management and troubleshooting or is this not necessary?
Have you seen it expanded for anyone else with these options? I’m a bit confused. The bounce management can be configured in Mautic’s configuration. Click on the cog icon in the top right corner > configuration > Email settings.
