My idea is to allow an admin or users to order/reorder email theme templates. I understand that you cannot delete the default ones but it’d be nice to have a set order that is expected when creating new emails and I don’t see a way to do this now.

Yes, I am. I’ve not developed with Mautic before but can do some development and could use a point in the right direction so I’m using community preferred practices and not just hacking source that will get overwritten in future updates or be incompatible.
