Error when starting the installation of Mautic 4

Hi, could someone help me with the Mautic installation process?
I upload the zip file and extract but the installation process does not start.
The log does not report the error.
My problem is:
mautic aapanel

These errors are showing in the log:

I can’t, I just installed version 2.15.3 and it’s running but I can’t upgrade to other versions.
