Error when update schema

Hi…
What should I do…
when i did update schema by access this url http://mydomain.com/s/update/schema

and show error message

“An error occurred while updating the database. Check log for more details.”

I did not understand what log file say…

  1. how to fix it…?
  2. and, can I run update mautic before I update schema …?
