Your problem
My problem is:
In an instance, the editor for notes seem a bit off:
Too many tools and with missing icon.
Correctly it would look like this:
We already checked, that files are the same for two instances, where one is working and one not.
We isolated that the problem probably lies within the database.
Does anyone have a hint, where the configuration of the editor is handled in the database?
Any recommendations?

Broken symbols in e.g. contact-notes-editor my colleague was quicker than me…
Can you check if regenerating the assets would help?

thanks - actually thats what we tried as well. Didn’t help unfortunately.
We found out, that it loads Froala instead of ckeditor for the notes. Probably related to the legacy setting " Load Froala assets".
It should not be related with each other, but it is.
There are also new bugs related to the old Froala editor within Mautic 5. JFYI
Probably about time to say goodbye to Froala and the Legacy Editor now.
