I am quite desperate. I really love Mautic but can’t get a form working through the javascript from the automatic generation. Here is what happens:

I am quite desperate. I really love Mautic but can’t get a form working through the javascript from the automatic generation. Here is what happens:

I am really stumped. I would really like to embed the .js as it is responsive. The form is definitely active (otherwise the other two links wouldn’t work). I don’t see any errors in the console or in the logs.

I am hosting mautic in bluehost, Apache 2.2.32, PHP 5.4.24, MySQL 5.6.32, Perl 5.10.1

I hope someone can help me, I feel really lost! Thanks so much in advance.
