Forms require credentials

Hi

I’m hoping someone can help me. I can’t seem to figure out how to make a form public.

I created a form and linked the preview into a button on an email.

I only figured out afterwards that no one can use the form as it requires Mautic credentials.

How can I bypass the credentials requirement on a form. Am I even using the correct URL?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just copie the form JS code or the Iframe method and put it on the website you want to the form appear

Hi @francois. You have two choices to make form public. First and the simplest one is to create landing page in Mautic and embed this form on this landing page usign {form=xxx} tag. Second choice is the one described by ninjoan above.

Hi, @MauticDevelopers thank you that works perfectly. Wasn’t aware that the forms aren’t stand-alone.
@ninjoan, thank you for your response as well. Will definitely try that when posting forms on the website, I doubt it will work on mailer?

You’re welcome
