Getting Critical Errors in Logs

We are getting critical errors when trying to view system Info, only seems to happen once and if you refresh everything works OK again, when we try to view system info we initially we get a 500 internal server error, there are also a few other errors in the logs we would like help on, anyone got any ideas what is going on and how to solve these issues, lob[g errors below:-
