Gravity Forms + Mautic (Zapier)

Hi,

I am exploring setting up an integration btw. Gravity forms and Mautic using zapier.
I see that as an action, I can create a contact through gravity forms.

If I use this zap to create the contact when a form is submitted, will that result in the contact becoming known to mautic so that I can now track them across the site, or does the user submit the form but to mautic he remains anonymous.

I have the js tracking code installed and I am running Mautic v2.12.2

The Gravity Forms Mautic Add-On now adds the tracking code and identifies the contact.

Hi Naomi,

I wish this were true, but your plugin does not work as claimed. I spent a week with your plugin trying to append IP addresses to users who submitted through a Gravity Form. It does not work, and you dont respond to requests for support. Which is really disappointing, as I was hopefuly your plugin would solve my problem.

This appears ot be the only thread on appending prior ip info to a user who submitted via GF. Please know that the plugin mentioned above does not work.
