@escopecz We have been doing testing and finding that occasionally we have leads on our test list who do not receive emails after a number of tests. When we looked at the lead records we see that there is a bounce hold. How does that occur?

Can you check the logs? Is there some note about the email address which didn’t get the email? Is there some PHP error? Where do you see a bounce on hold? (Screenshot?)
