Your problem
My problem is: I am trying to integrate Mautic with my WordPress website and when I checked the plugin is not tested for last 3 major WordPress versions. is this plugin still working WP Mautic – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
I believe the plugin still works, although it hasn’t been updated for a while. However, you don’t actually need any plugin to use Mautic with WordPress.
When creating a popup or a form, you can embed it on any website using the script provided by Mautic. There are several ways to do this:
To display the popup on pages:
If you’re already using a third-party builder, they typically allow you to insert scripts in the header or footer. You don’t need any additional plugin.
If you’re not using any builder and just want to place the popup on a single page, you can use the Gutenberg Code Module.
If you want to place the popup on all pages, you may need to install a plugin for this: Insert Headers and Footers.
To place the Mautic form on your page:
Gutenberg (Native WordPress Builder): Use the Code Module.
Elementor or Divi (Third-party builders): Use the Code Module.
At the moment there isn’t anybody who is actively maintaining the plugin, we would really love to change that and make it a first-class citizen again. If anyone would like to help with that, please do let us know!
It was recently brought to our attention by a user of our Sync Mautic plugin that you’re looking to find someone to actively maintain the official Mautic plugin, and we’re interested in exploring how we might contribute.
Our plugin is tailored for WooCommerce users, addressing specific needs like lead capture at checkout and syncing customer purchases. It’s been a great fit for our clients, but we’re intrigued by the possibility of collaborating with the Mautic community to enhance the official plugin. We’d love to discuss your vision for the plugin, including desired features, maintenance expectations, and how we could align those with our expertise and client focused goals.
Our primary concern is ensuring any collaboration supports the WooCommerce specific functionality our clients rely on, while also benefiting the broader Mautic ecosystem. Could we set up a time to chat about your roadmap for the plugin and explore potential ways to work together? We’re open to contributing through code, sharing insights from our plugin, or finding other ways to support the project.
